*Controles S.A. has designed its Programmable Logic Controller Family and accessories as an elevator system oriented PLC, to deal with all the inputs and outputs normally found in those applications.
Otherwise, the controllers may be used in industrial control applications. In this case the base program in the ROM creates a multitask system, 10 independent tasks, real time clock. This system is user programmable (usually C) through a series port.
The controllers and accessories listed below offer a complete solution for the logic command, group supervision and car and hall signaling, from simple one car to six car, 40 landing, remotely supervised system, including software tools for testing and controller configuration.
Simple automatic, 4 landing, 1 or 2 velocity AC motor, VV, VVVF, hydraulic systems.
Many possible configurations, typically 8 landing collective down selective, 1 or 2 velocity AC motor, VV, VVVF, hydraulic systems.
CEA51FA Configurable and Expandable Controller
Without expansion board: many possible configurations, typically 24 landing collective down selective or 16 landing collective full selective, isolated controller, master controller, slave controlled.
With expansion board: many possible configurations, up to 40 landing collective full selective, isolated controller, master controller, slave controlled.
Applicable to 1 or 2 velocity AC motor, VV, VVVF, hydraulic systems, DC motors (Ward Leonard or Static Drive).

Two or three 7*5 LED matrix, dynamic position indicator with or without gong generator. A series RS232-c line from the TTL controller port and auxiliary drive commands the indicator.

"Three wire" Seven Segment Display Indicator
Two seven segment display with "three wire" command: common, power supply and a command line directly from an output pin at the controller.
Parallel Command 7 Segment or 14 (16) Segment Indicator
One or two 7 or 14 (16) segment display, directly commanded by the controller.
1 to 3 tone drive signal, for 8 ohm loudspeaker.

Electronic Board for Touch Buttons
To be mounted into an insulated case. Custom design.
The board receives commands from a 12 keys keyboard to enable or to inhibit the operation of a push button.
SP51 active at 24 Vdc, SP31 active at 0 Vdc and SP3151 with both outputs.

This is an interface between AC power line voltages and SF1, SF2 and SF3 input pins in the CEA51FA controller, to be used for line supervision.
For 1.51 and 8.51 Position Sensor System, for car velocities up to 160m/m. Includes an interface between AC power line voltages and SF1, SF2 and SF3 input pins in the CEA51FA controller, to be used for line supervision.
ISOLATED COMMUNICATION ADAPTERS (BOX)
